Verso Waves for Freight Forwarders

Run faster, more profitable forwarding operations

Verso Waves brings your shipments, customs, and financials into one connected workflow, so your team can process jobs faster, reduce errors, and stay in control as volume grows.

Workflow Management

Run forwarding jobs with less admin, fewer gaps, and clearer control

Freight forwarders are expected to coordinate shipments, documents, customers, suppliers, customs requirements, and billing without losing speed or accuracy.

Verso Waves gives teams a structured way to manage that complexity, so each job can move from quote to delivery to invoice without relying on scattered systems or manual workarounds.

Where forwarding gets harder to manage

Small gaps create delays across the whole job

Operations are spread across too many places to manage effectively. As volume grows, coordination breaks down and teams rely on manual effort to keep jobs moving.

Too much work happens outside the system

Teams rely on inboxes, spreadsheets, folders, and local files to keep jobs moving, making it hard to maintain a reliable view of progress.

The same data is handled too many times

Shipment details, charges, documents and customer information are copied between systems, increasing admin time and risk.

Profitability is difficult to see early

Costs, accruals, invoices, and margins are often tracked separately, making it harder to understand job performance before the work is complete.

Customers chase updates your team already has

Without a customer portal or shared visibility, routine questions create extra email traffic and pull teams away from higher-value work.

Connected where it matters most

Connect each job from quote to invoice

Verso Waves gives freight forwarders a structured way to manage shipments, documents, customer updates, and financials together, so every job moves forward with fewer gaps, less rework, and clearer accountability.

See how it works

Start with accurate job data

Capture shipment, customer, and document information once, then carry it through the workflow without repeated entry.

Keep every stage aligned

Link bookings, documents, tasks, and updates to the job, so teams know what has happened and what needs action.

Close the financial loop

Connect costs, accruals, invoices, and margins to the operational work, giving teams clearer control from start to finish.
